Delivery Information

We use Royal Mail – 1st class delivery for all orders. If you place your order before 12noon (Monday - Friday) it will usually be dispatched the same day. You can check the status of your order online - once the status has been changed to 'Shipped' it has been posted.  Usually packages will arrive the day after dispatch, but in some rare cases this can take up to 3 working days. If you package has not arrived after three days please contact us so we can provide you with a Royal Mail tracking number.

Free Shipping

When you spend over £50 online, shipping is free with the same Royal Mail 1st Class service.

Once parcels are dispatched by us to Royal Mail the responsibility for delivery of the items lies with Royal Mail directly – however we will always do our best to help you where we can with any issues that may arise.
