Do I need an account to make an order?
No there is no requirement to sign up for an account to process your order, you can check out as a guest as many times as you like!
If you do decide to create an account your delivery details and payment details are pre-stored for you which will save you time with each order – you can also make repeat orders and check past orders on your online account.
What payment options are there?
We currently accept payment from most major debit and credit cards (excluding Mastercard and AMEX). There is no minimum charge for card payment.
What are the shipping costs?
All items are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class to ensure a speedy delivery.
Standard parcels are sent out at a charge of £4.50, if you make an order under £10 the charge is only £2.50
I can’t find my Purple Haze favourites on the website!
We endeavour to have all our products available online for seamless purchasing between in-store and on-line, however sometimes when our stock levels are low or are very new items they will not appear on the site.
If you see anything missing that you wish to order online please email info@purplehazevaping.co.uk and we will get added to the website asap.
When will my order arrive?
Royal Mail’s 1st Class service endeavours to deliver in 1 – 3 days, with over 90% of orders arriving the next day.
All orders made before 12noon will be dispatched to Royal Mail on the same day. This excludes weekends and Bank Holidays when they will be dispatched on the next working day.
My order hasn’t arrived – what do I do?
If you have ordered within 3 working days (excluding weekend or bank holiday days) then your order should be with you shortly.
In the unlikely event your order has not arrived after 4 days, please contact us – we can provide you with a tracking number for larger items so you can check its status with Royal Mail.
My order delivered is wrong – what do I do?
We are really sorry, every effort is made to ensure all orders are sent out correctly, but we all make the occasional mistake! Please email info@purplehazevaping.co.uk in the first instance so we can help rectify the situation.
My order isn’t what I expected.
Ordering online can be a minefield and sometimes what you think you are buying doesn’t turn out to be what you expected!
Unfortunately we are unable to take e-liquids back for health and safety reasons.
